    ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023
    Federal subsidies to pay for all students to have free meals have ceased.  ACA is returning to the standard National School Lunch Program (NSLP) breakfast and lunch program for the school year 2022-2023. See more information about our new meal vendor on the child nutrition home page.

    Occasionally, menu changes may occur with little notice due to unexpected limited supplies of the scheduled food item from the food supplier.
      
    Greetings ACA Families and Staff,

    Menus for each month are available to view below. Families are not required to select and submit meal choices this school year. All students who choose so, will be served at mealtimes unless they bring their own food from home.

    Gentle Reminders: 

    ****Remember, students must have money in their account to purchase meals or a la carte items.

     

    Sign-up for an Online Account 

    It allows you to create one account for all the students in your family or for individual students.

    Allows you to check the account balance and purchase activity

    It allows you to set up alerts to notify you when your student account balance falls below a certain amount.

    General Information

     

    • Parents may pre-pay for snacks or birthday parties using cash or check
      Payments should be made payable to ACA and directed to the Administration Building, 5206 S. Bowen Rd, Arlington, TX 76017. Payments are immediately posted to student accounts and have no pre-set payment limits or service fees as the online system does.  The online payment system using credit cards is also still available, but a service fee is charged on transactions by EZSchoolPay.com when using their system.

    • All parents paying by debit or credit card must set up an account for their child at  http://www.ezschoolpay.com  However, parents needing assistance setting up their child’s account may call Susan Stewart at 817-987-1819, who will help guide them through the process.

    • Our food service vendor has committed to providing high quality food and “kid-friendly” food with our understanding that government commodities as well as local fresh fruits and vegetables will be used as much as possible.
