Hi, friends, welcome to the music page!  I have been teaching different levels of music for over 25 years now, and am excited to be starting my eighth year here at ACA.  I'm looking forward to sharing my love of music with all the Intermediate students this year.

Important reminders and information for 2019-2020:

♫ Please include the name of your child's homeroom teacher when communicating with any Specials teacher.  We teach all 525 students in 3rd-5th grade, and it is a challenge to remember every child's homeroom teacher.

 

♫ I see your child only once a week in Music.  When we are preparing for a program, it is extremely important for students to review lyrics/music at home as often as possible between classes (singing through the songs even just 1-2 times a day helps it stay fresh in their minds, but anything they do is helpful!).  The lyrics will be posted on this webpage at the appropriate time.

 

♫  I love and need volunteers!  If you would like to assist with programs, like to make copies, or have other skills that you'd like to offer, let me hear from you!

 

♫  Each grade level will perform once this year.  All programs will be held in the Intermediate fitness room.  More detailed information will be made available closer to the events themselves.
