The Wins of Working on the ACA Team Arlington Classics Academy supports a comprehensive employee benefits package that provides value to the employees of our charter school. Here is a summary of the benefits ACA employees enjoy. Some of the benefits listed below are voluntary policies which are paid at the employee’s cost.
New Benefit Opportunities for the 2024-2025 School Year New plans offer increased benefit coverage for the same or lower premiums. Health plans include Employers Health Network (EHN) operating at hpiTPA.com which is also the plan administrator. Other plans utilize Cigna's expansive network and are found on the HPI website by choosing Cigna PPO. Prescription drug benefits are provided through Smith Rx. Ancillary plans are offered through MetLife, Reliance Standard, and Reliance Matrix.
Health Insurance
ACA's contribution for employee medical insurance is $430/month**. This amounts to an annual benefit of $5160 in addition to an employee's salary. Prescription benefits are included in all health plans. If no insurance is taken, ACA provides $50 monthly to the employee.

ACA also pays for Life and AD&D for each employee. A life benefit of $30,000 is provided at no cost and additional benefits are provided through AD&D if the event is accidental.

Mental Health Sessions
Up to three sessions to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, resolve conflict, improve relationships, overcome substance abuse, and address any personal issues with options for in-person, telephonic, or video counseling sessions.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching my help employees reach personal and professional goals, manage life transitions, overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships, and build life-style balance.
Financial Consultation
Financial Consultation my help build financial wellness related to budgeting, buying a home, paying off debt, managing taxes, preventing identify theft, and saving for retirement or tuition.
Legal Consultation
Legal Consultation may help with a variety of personal legal matters including estate planning, wills, real estate, bankruptcy, divorce, custody, and more.
Life Management
Life Management may help to provide information and referrals when seeking childcare, adoption, special needs support, eldercare, housing, transportation, education, and pet care.
Personal Assistant
Personal Assistant may help manage everyday tasks and give back time by providing information and referrals for home services, repairs, travel, entertainment, dining, and personal services.
Medical Advocacy
Medical Advocacy may help navigate insurance, obtain doctor referrals, secure medical equipment or transportation, and plan for transitional care and discharge.
Member Portal and App
The Member Portal and App allows access to benefits 24/7/365 with online requests and chat options. It allows exploration of thousands of articles, webinars, podcasts, and tools covering total well-being.
Ally Health Telemedicine (Telehealth and Teletherapy)
Ally Health Telemedicine is available to all employees and anyone in their household. 24/7/365 access to talk directly with a doctor or pediatrician within minutes by phone, video, or mobile app.
KISx Card by Valenz Health
KISx allows employees to take advantage of the most common surgery and imaging benefits and includes $0 cost for choosing in network providers, assistance with scheduling a procedure, health vouchers for the initial consultation, and follow-up services after the procedure to ensure a full recovery.
HPI Pathways Concierge
HPI Pathways Concierge is provided through MedWatch which is a part of the HPI family of companies. This benefit may assist with things such as scheduling appointments, transportation, education about your health condition, preparing for surgery, finding care options, and matching the employee to a provider based on distance, cost, and quality.

Hospitalization Indemnity Insurance Hospitalization Indemnity Insurance provides a cash payment if you or a covered family member are admitted to the hospital. You receive $2000 for the day you are admitted and $100 per day for each additional day, up to 30 days. The benefit is paid to the employee and can be used to pay medicals costs or to cover living expenses. |
