Homework and Health REGISTRATION

ACA is accepting student registration applications for the 2024-2025 School Year.

1. Complete both (2) forms to the right.  If there is a spot available, you will receive an invoice within about a week.  If there is a wait list for your students' H&H class, you will be notified as soon as possible.

2.  Pay the invoice for the first month's tuition immediately - registration is not complete, and your spot is not confirmed until payment is made.

***Registration is not complete and your student's spot is not reserved until both forms AND full payment have been received.
