We are learning every day, so every day counts! To improve the ease and access of reporting absences for families, ACA has implemented an updated absence reporting process. Families should follow these simple steps to help minimize the impact of absences and ensure a smooth return to school.

How to Report an Absence

Complete the Online Student Absence Reporting Form found here: FORM LINK

Provide Supporting Documentation (if applicable) such as a doctor’s note, funeral program, etc. Submit one of two ways:

Option 1: Email supporting documents directly to your child’s campus:
Primary (K–2): k-2absences@acaedu.net
Intermediate (3–5): 3-5absences@acaedu.net
Middle School (6–8): 6-8absences@acaedu.net

Option 2: Send supporting documents with your child when they return to school.
