    Welcome to 8th Grade Algebra I Pre-AP, 2024-2025! 

    I am excited to start my 23rd year teaching high school mathematics and 10th year at Arlington Classics Academy Middle School!  I am married with two young daughters who both attend ACA.  Our family also has two dogs, two cats, and two fish!  I grew up right down the road from our campus, and I attended Martin High School before moving on to UT Austin.  I majored in Math, minored in French, played clarinet in the Longhorn Band, and participated in the UTEACH program.  I love working with students on the brink of their high school journey--making sure they receive a rigorous foundation in Algebra that will serve them well for future math classes.  Please email me any time with questions or concerns...and positive affirmations!  Go Griffins!!!

    MIDDLE SCHOOL CURRICULUM NIGHT--Monday, August 12, 2024 from 6:00-7:30pm

    Once you have your schedule, search for this class by period on Remind.  Sign up to receive important announcements throughout the year.

    Most materials from class will be posted on Google Classroom.  Students will be automatically enrolled to my GC when school begins; they must check their email for confirmation!
    Every student will receive a textbook to KEEP AT HOME and use to complete homework.  A limited number of ebooks will be available by request only; first come, first serve.
