    PROCEDURES FOR PARTICIPATING

IN THE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAM FOR IN-PERSON LEARNERS

    • Menus will be distributed to parents by email and through the school office of every campus on or around the 15th of each month so that parents may pre-order meals for their student (on campus learners) for the coming month.

    • Parents should circle the days on the menu calendar for breakfast and/or lunch that their student wishes to eat in the cafeteria, keep a copy of the menu calendar on their refrigerator or other posting place in the home, and return a copy of their pre-order menu calendar to the school by the 20th of each month.  If you do not pre-order please plan to pack lunch for your student(s).

    • Lists of students who have pre-ordered lunch will be provided to teachers who will do lunch counts in the morning.  Students who have not pre-ordered or who have not brought their lunch will call parents so that their parents may bring lunch to them.

    • The school cafeteria will not have extra meals on hand for students who have not pre-ordered.  Your student should not go through the cafe line if they have not pre-ordered.  If they do go through the line anyway, they may be given an alternate meal, not necessarily the meal on the menu for that day or they may be told they did not order a meal for that day.

    • All parents whether paying by cash, check, or credit card must still set up an account for their student at http://www.ezschoolpay.com.  However, parents needing assistance in setting up their student's account may call Susan Stewart at 817-987-1819 who will guide them through the process.

    • Meals that are ordered are charged against the student's account unless the student is absent.

    • Forms for “Free Or Reduced Price Meals” are available at all school offices and may be turned in any time during the school year.
