2021-2022 Registration for incoming ACA Kindergarten Students

Step 1: Gather items to upload during the online registration process, you will need to upload jpg or pdf versions during the online registration.

1) Student's Birth Certificate (child must be 5 on or before September 1, 2021)

2) Student's Immunization record3) Student's Social Security Card 4) Proof of Residency - Utility bill (water, electric or gas) or fully executed lease that indicates monthly amount due includes all utilities in parent's name.
If parent does not have a utility bill in their name, a "Proof of Shared Residence" form must be signed and notorized.5) Any current custody or other legal paperwork pertaining to your child 6) Parent Driver's License

Step 2: Complete online registration using Parent Porta l - Please be sure to upload documents from list above - please contact Beth if you need assistance.
