    Seth Lewis, Board President -  Seth Lewis earned a Bachelor's in Construction Management from East Carolina University in 2002 and later a certificate in Ranch Management from Texas Christian University.  During the last 16 years of industry experience, he has worked for both large commercial General Contractors and for large commercial Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Contractors gaining a broad spectrum of industry knowledge.  Married to an Arlington native, he and his wife have four children, 3 who are currently attending ACA.  They are also active in PTO as well as regular volunteers and love being part of the ACA family.  (email: Seth Lewis)
     
     
    Jason Roach, Board Vice-President - Jason Roach earned a bachelor's in Business Administration from New Mexico State University and later earned an MBA from Regis University in 2006.  Jason and his wife Ines have been married over 10 years.  They have three children currently attending ACA.  They enjoy volunteering their time at ACA helping out as room parents, assisting the kids at lunch, as well as serving as chaperones for field trips.  In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing with his kids, volunteering at church, and turning pens on a lathe in his garage.  (email: Jason Roach)
     
     
    Gary Soward, Board Treasurer – Mr. Soward currently serves as Treasurer of the Arlington Classics Academy Board of Directors.  Mr. Soward earned a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Texas at Arlington.  He is the Chief Information Officer for Freese and Nichols, Inc., which specializes in engineering, architecture, environmental science, planning and construction services.  He lives in Mansfield with his wife and two children who attend ACA.  (email: Gary Soward)
     
    Tania Cotter,Board Secretary - Tania has been a resident of Arlington/Grand Prairie for over 2 decades.  She and husband Jason have 2 daughters. One in 5th grade at ACA, now her 6th year with the school, and big sister Kailey is in her final year at UTA.  And, of course, Butterscotch is the 3-year-old Standard Poodle that runs the house.  Tania has spent 4 years serving on ACA PTO as President/Treasurer and loves giving back to the school, faculty, students, and families.  Tania attended high school and college in Oklahoma, with a degree in Marketing/Management from the University of Oklahoma. She has spent the last 16 years working at AMN Healthcare, assisting healthcare organizations across the country in finding the right staffing solutions and qualified clinicians to meet their patient care goals. Dedicated and committed, Tania loves ACA and appreciates the opportunity to contribute to the culture, experience, and future of our wonderful school.  (email:  Tania Cotter)
     
    Deborah Sterba, Member - Deborah Sterba attended Arizona State University and studied Finance before moving to Washington State. While there, she began her career in IT; managing the network and data collection for CCDP, (Comprehensive Child Development Program) an offshoot of Head Start. Moving to Texas led to adult instruction in Networking, network security and Microsoft Certification. Since 2004, Mrs. Sterba has been employed with the Arlington ISD, as Information Systems Manager. She has served on the Arlington Classics Academy Board since 2003, as President, Vice President, Secretary and Fundraising Chair. Mrs. Sterba believes in the responsibility of service and the mission and vision of ACA providing consistently outstanding education to the students. (email: Deborah Sterba)  
     
    Michael Gatton, Member - Michael Gatton is a career counselor and higher education professional and the Associate Director of the Texas Wesleyan Career Center.  He received his M.A. in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University in 2013 and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  Michael’s work as a career counselor includes helping students with pre-professional and vocational development through assessment, evaluation, strategic planning, academic and career advising. Prior to his work at Texas Wesleyan, Michael was an IT professional with over 15 years working for privately held companies, the public sector and for non-profits in systems administration and software support.  Michael is a native of Fort Worth, has been happily married to his wife Jessica for 17 years and they have two children who both attend ACA Intermediate. When not working, Michael enjoys attending his kids’ various athletic and academic events and spending time with friends playing nerdy board games.  (email:  Michael Gatton)
     
    Warren Norred, Member –  Mr. Norred began as an engineer, earning his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UT-Arlington and maintaining his Professional Engineer license since 1996. Mr. Norred earned his law degree from what is now Texas A&M University of Law, where he was president of the Federalist Society and an author for the Texas Wesleyan Law Review.  Besides operating his law firm in downtown Arlington, he serves as Chancellor of the Fort Worth Episcopal Diocese of the Anglican Church in North America.  Mr. Norred was the founding president of ACA in 1999 and returned to its Board of Directors in 2015.     Edna Ramsey, PTO Representative/Member - Edna attended Central State College (now CSU) in Edmond, OK, majoring in accounting. In 1974, she became a licensed Real Estate Agent and the following year became a Real Estate Broker. She and her husband will celebrate 48 years of marriage in August. They have two grown children, Shawn, who graduated from AHS and UNT, and Hallie graduated from Texas School for the Deaf and attended TCC. During her husband's years as a police officer in Oklahoma, she volunteered at the Norman Police Department and held local, state, and national offices with the Fraternal Order of Police Ladies Auxiliary. She also volunteered and held various PTA positions at the schools her children attended. She is helping raise her only grandchild, Sammuel, who has attended ACA since kindergarten. She has served on the ACA-PTO Board since 2015 as Fundraising Chairperson and committee member and Vice-President, as well as Homeroom Parent and volunteering where and when needed. She particularly enjoys working as a Realtor as it gives her the flexibility to pursue her passion, volunteering within her community, church, and grandson's school. (email:  Edna Ramsey)
