Employee Benefits

  • Arlington Classics Academy supports a comprehensive employee benefits package that provides value to the employees of our charter school.  Here is a summary of the benefits ACA employees enjoy.  Some of the benefits listed below are voluntary policies which are paid at the employee’s cost. 
     

    Health Insurance

    ACA's contribution for employee subscribed TRS-Active Care Medical Insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas is $417/month (the full cost of the Active Care Primary Plan).  This amounts to an annual benefit of $5004 in addition to an employee's salary.  Prescription benefits are provided through Caremark (CVS).

    If no insurance is taken, ACA provides $50 monthly to the employee.
