Arlington Classics Academy supports a comprehensive employee benefits package that provides value to the employees of our charter school. Here is a summary of the benefits ACA employees enjoy. Some of the benefits listed below are voluntary policies which are paid at the employee’s cost.
ACA's contribution for employee subscribed TRS-Active Care Medical Insurance through AETNA is $378/month (the full cost of the basic level of care, HD-1. Prescription benefits are provided through Caremark (CVS).
If no insurance is taken, ACA provides $50 monthly to the employee.
