    Arlington Classics Academy supports a comprehensive employee benefits package that provides value to the employees of our charter school.  Here is a summary of the benefits ACA employees enjoy.  Some of the benefits listed below are voluntary policies which are paid at the employee’s cost.  Winning at ACA
     
    New Benefit Opportunities for the 2023-2024 School Year
     
    New plans offer increased benefit coverage for the same or lower premiums. 
     
    Health plans include Gravie as the plan administrator using Aetna's Signature Administrator PPO expansive network. 
     
    Ancillary plans offered through MetLife, Reliance Standard, and Reliance Matrix.

    Health Insurance

    ACA's contribution for employee medical insurance is $429.99/month which is the full cost of the Traditional Gravie/Aetna Plan 1.  This amounts to an annual benefit of $5159.88 in addition to an employee's salary.  Prescription benefits are included in all health plans.  If no insurance is taken, ACA provides $50 monthly to the employee.

    ACA also pays for Life and AD&D for each employee.  A life benefit of $30,000 is provided at no cost and additional benefits are provided through AD&D if the event is accidental.

    Personal Health Advocates help you navigate through insurance and healthcare systems. Advocates research treatments, resolve claims and locate doctors, specialists, hospitals, dentists and pharmacies. Skilled negotiators will attempt to negotiate discounts on your behalf, no matter your benefit status.  Registered nurses are on‐call 24/7 to answer questions and provide medical explanations.

     

    Caregiver Concierge

    Caregiver Concierge empowers you to efficiently manage caregiving responsibilities through three services: a full‐service caregiving solution; a companionship and task assistance service; and a legal document creation service.

     

    Fertility, Surrogacy, and Adoption

    Fertility, Surrogacy, and Adoption by WINFertility provide education, resources, discounts on medical services, and emotional support for non‐traditional, family‐building options such as infertility, adoption, surrogacy, and egg donation.

     

    Durable Medical Equipment

    Supplies are shipped directly to your home, and you will save 20% to 50% and an additional $5 on orders over $100. Save on walking aids, wheelchairs, scooters, hospital beds, bathroom safety, orthopedic products and more.

     

    Diabetic Supplies

    Save 10% to 50% on diabetic testing supplies, and get a free fully audible blood glucose meter with your first order.
